Some would say our story is a unique one. Aaron and I met in middle school and dated throughout high school. We later found out we had even attended the same elementary school.  It was my senior year of high school that I knew Aaron was going to be the man I married. In 2010, Aaron asked me to be his wife and of course I said yes! We married May 13, 2011. We are truly high school sweethearts! From early on in our relationship we always knew we wanted children. After our wedding, with lots of discussion, we felt strongly that the timing of us having children should be left to the Lord. A year had passed and we had yet to be blessed with a beautiful child to call our own. At that point, we decided it may be time to consult in a doctor. After multiple appointments, with several different doctors, we were diagnosed infertile. They explained that there was no medication or procedure that could help our situation.  For a long time, we kept asking ourselves “why?” and “how could this happen to us?”.  While we may never know the answers to those questions, we do know now that the Lord has another plan for us.  So after a little over 2 years of struggling with infertility here we are eagerly ready to pursue embryo adoption. If you would like some information on embryo adoption you can visit http://www.embryoadoption.org.
